Since 1998, Phuong Bailey and Joel Splittgerber have worked in the program / project management field as employees for large corporations. After working together for many years, Phuong and Joel felt inspired to begin their own company that would have a more responsive, more agile approach in project / program management. Phuong and Joel, especially wanted to form a company that clients would be proud to work with and a company that treats its employees with respect that provides the training and resources needed to be successful. We believe that Agiletee is that company.

In May 2017 Agiletee was started with the first contract with Harris and Associates for the San Diego Unified School District Proposition S and Z $5.1B capital improvement program. Certified as a California micro-business, Agiletee has also applied as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise - DBE (minority, woman owned business) with the state of California, as a Woman Owned Small Business with the Federal Small Business Administration (SBA) Clearinghouse and plans on applying for the SBA 8A program. Agiletee has also qualified as a member of the SANDAG AE / Construction benches.

In 2018, Agiletee was selected to assist Grossmont Union HS District's Citizen's Oversight Committee in their Proposition U $417M and Measure BB $128M annual reports.  

Agiletee provides program and project management services for state and local agencies through prime contractors. We have been key in implementing project management information systems and provided expertise in the integration of databases. We provide cost, scheduling, reporting and scope management services for capital projects.
